Cancellation Policy
All COLOR and BRAIDING services require a 50% deposit of the FULL service and pictures or drawings must be sent the day of booking. Within 24hrs appt will be cancelled to make room for other clients if the above steps aren’t followed.
In order to accommodate all guests properly at JoJoLarae Studio, I require that you give at least 48 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you no-show or cancel last minute there will be a charge for 65% of the appointment missed. Late fees will be applied at the end of service, $5 for every 5 minutes. Past 10 min your appointment will be canceled or rescheduled for a more convenient time.
